AiCruitment allows users to connect authorised Facebook Pages, advertising accounts, and related Meta business assets to the AiCruitment platform.
You may request deletion of information received through your Facebook connection at any time.
Option 1
Disconnect Facebook from AiCruitment
- Sign in at app.aicruitment.com .
- Open Settings.
- Select Integrations.
- Open the Facebook integration.
- Select Disconnect Facebook.
- Confirm that you want to disconnect your account and delete the associated Facebook integration data.
After confirmation, AiCruitment will revoke or remove the stored Facebook access credentials and begin deleting the Facebook-related data associated with your AiCruitment account.
Option 2
Submit a deletion request by email
Send an email to info@aicruitment.com using the following subject line:
Include the following information
- Your full name
- The email address used for your AiCruitment account
- The name of the connected Facebook Page or business account
- Your Facebook User ID, if available
Do not send your Facebook password, access token, or other login credentials.
Data scope
Information that may be deleted
Depending on the features you used, deletion may include:
Facebook User ID associated with the integration
Facebook Page information
Connected advertising account information
Campaign, advertisement, and performance data imported from Meta
Facebook Lead Ads data imported into AiCruitment
Stored access tokens and authorisation credentials
Integration logs directly associated with the connected Facebook account

Processing time
We will acknowledge valid deletion requests and normally complete them within 30 days.
Certain records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
Request status
Check a deletion request
When a deletion request is received through Meta’s automated deletion process, AiCruitment may issue a confirmation code.
Enter or provide that confirmation code when contacting our support team to check the status of your request.
Facebook account settings
Removing AiCruitment from Facebook
You may also remove AiCruitment directly from your Facebook account:
- Sign in to Facebook.
- Open Settings & privacy.
- Select Settings.
- Open Apps and websites or Business integrations.
- Find AiCruitment.
- Select Remove.
After removing the integration from Facebook, you may also follow the instructions above to request deletion of information already stored by AiCruitment.
